Our main studio is located in the Inner West Sydney, in Five Dock with our second location in North Ryde. Both are in convenient locations making your sessions as stress free as possible.

We'll look at your exercise history, your nutrition and see where you are currently in your fitness levels and body composition. Get your muscle mass and fat percentage checked. You can't plan ahead if you don't know where you are currently at!

SESSIONS
Sessions can include cardio fitness, strength training, boxing for fitness, boot camp style exercises, core conditioning, flexibility and nutritional advice depending on your goals.
Personal Training Packages
All packages (you choose number of sessions per week according to your goals and budget)
- 30 minute or 60 minute one on one Results Driven Training sessions each week focusing on all aspects including cardio, resistance training, boxing and more.
- Nutrition guidance, online nutrition programs given to all new clients
- Goal setting and re-assessments. Includes a weigh in, body fat and muscle percentages assessment.
- Ongoing support and information via email, phone and Facebook
- Monthly newsletters with motivation, nutrition and exercise tips
