"I thought to myself that I need to find a personal trainer with a difference, someone to inspire me and actually raise a sweatt and to kick my butt. I decided I needed a boxing personal trainer as I wanted to increase my fitness so I can join in on boxing classes in the gym.
 
I did not want to concentrate on losing weight as I have had two personal trainers in the past and it has never worked, my aim was to gain fitness and to do a boxing class by myself without walking out 15 min into the class.
 
I was matched with Elizabeth the first class she said “Don’t worry this will be easy”! I am actually enjoying exercising again and not to mention fitting into smaller clothes, I have gone down from a size 20 in shirts and pants to a size 18 and I hope within the next 3 months I will be down to a size 16 to 14.
