Everyone is different and at Inner West Fitness we develop solutions for each client’s lifestyle. Exercise and good nutrition is not a sometimes thing, it is something that must be done daily, and we help clients find the right balance. We offer personal training, group fitness, boot camps and online nutrition programs. We also constantly motivate you and help you find your way to live an inspired life. We want everyone to be happy and feel confident within themselves.

I believe everyone should be kind to themselves with good nutrition and exercise. A healthy body is a reflection of a healthy mind. I am passionate about bringing both body and mind together to help others feel fantastic.  
 
When you are exercising regularly and eating well you have much more energy, feel confident and vibrant.  That’s what I want all my clients to feel.  I want my clients to believe they can achieve anything they set their mind too. I will never give up on my clients, and I will encourage them to never, never, never, give up.
 
I like to challenge my clients and as I say to them, ‘you have to push through the uncomfortable to grow, to get fitter, to get stronger’
 
My approach to training is a holistic model, lots of motivation and inspiration, I will train a person’s mind and body. I teach people how to live a healthy lifestyle both in and out of sessions.
